What we collect
Names, contact information, optional student identifiers, course experience, learning preferences, schedule choices, and any details you choose to provide in the registration and contact forms.
Why we collect it
We use registration information to review course applications, communicate with applicants, plan classes, respond to questions, and administer enrollment. Optional marketing messages are sent only if selected.
How it is stored and delivered
Applications are stored in the Odoo database. Registration notifications may be delivered by email to an authorized administrative recipient through the configured outgoing email server.
Your choices
Do not provide information that is not necessary for course registration. To request an update or removal of registration details, contact the academy through the contact page, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Security
Website submissions are protected with anti-forgery checks, input validation and restricted back-office access. Sending data over the Internet cannot be guaranteed risk-free.
Before public launch, your organization should adapt this notice to its legal entity, actual retention policy and applicable data protection laws.
